Import the plugin SwapShop – BtoR.ffx into the Plugin Unlimitednlimited
Double click on the preset EF_Rosa_Choque it will install itself in the filter
Open the other material in PSP/Duplicate with Shift+D/Close the originals

The translation was made with PSP 2020 , but can also be done with other versions.
Note : When working with your own colors , play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Make the gradient Sunburst in the foreground

Open EF_Rosa_Choque_Alpha / Window – Duplicate or use Shift+D / Close the original we work on the Copy.
This is not an empty layer but has selections in the alpha channel
