The translation was made with PSP 2018 ,  but can also be done with other versions.

Note : When working with your own colors , play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Material Palette – Foregroud color # d3001e / Background color # ffffff 

Make a Gradient Radial in the foreground

Open a new transparent image of 900 X 500 pixels
Fill in the gradient

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur / Radius 20

Selections – Select All
Open the tube  Pascale_02062011_Woman_Rosepedles – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None
Effects – Image effects – Seamless Tiling / Default

Adjust – Blur – Motion Blur 2 times

Adjust – Add Remove Noise – Add Noise

Layers – Duplicate
Image – Mirror (horizontal)
Image – Flip (vertical)
Layers – Porperties – Blend Mode Dodge / Opacity 50
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Selections – Select All
Selections – Modify – Contract – Number of pixels 20
Layers – New raster layer
Fill in the color # ffffff

Selections – Modify – Contract – Number of pixels 20
Press delete on the keyboard
Selections – Select None

Effects – Reflection Effects – Kaleidoscope

Selections – Load/Save selection – Load selection from disk
Load EF_RedRoses_sel

Layers – New raster layer
Open again the tube Pascale_02062011_Woman_Rosepedles – Copy – Paste into selection

Selections – None

Layers – Arrange – Move Down
Layer palette – Blend Mode Multyply

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked

Open again the tube Pascale_02062011_Woman_Rosepedles – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 70% – Resize all layers not checked
Position to the right
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
