Create a Lineair gradient in the foreground

Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels
Fill with the gradient
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur / Range 50

Image – Mirror (horizontal)
Layers – Properties – Blend Mode Hard Light (Adjust to your own color)
Layers – merge – merge down
