The tutorial is written with these colors and the supplied materials.
The translation was made with PSP 2020 , but can also be done with other versions.
If you use your own materials, colors or another version of PSP
you may have to play around with the Blend Mode and/or Layer Opacity.

Open EF_Alpha_Delirios – Window -Duplicate (or use Shift+D)
Close the original – We are working on the copy / This is not an empty layer but has selections in the alpha channel

Selections – Select all
Open the image imagem-1 – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select none

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur / Range 50
Layers – Duplicate.

Press Delete on the keyboard
