Create a Sunburst gradient on the Foreground

Open the Alpha file Alpha-Jewel-VSP / Window – Duplicate (or use Shift+D shortcuts) Close the original file , we working on the duplicate.

Effects – Distortion effects – Lens distortion

Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Adjust – Blur – Radial blur

Layers – New raster layer
Fill in color 1

Layers – New mask layer – From image LF-Mask-162

Layers – Merge – Merge Group
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Layers – Duplicate
Image – Free Rotate 90 rechts

Edit – Cut (Do not Delete , because we still need it)

Layer palette – Click the Bottom layer (Raster 1)
