Activate the Pick Tool (K) / Mode Scale
Stretch the layer to the left and to the right over the entire width of your work

Press the M key to close the Pick Tool

Layer palette – Click the top layer / Clicking on the eye to restore the visibility
Open the tube Deco1-Dids-VSP – Copy – Paste as new layer (at your work)

Effects – Image Effects – Offset / Horizontal 112 / Vertical minus 13 – Custom and Transparent checked

If you do not see the “Light” preset immediately, click on the lower preset in the list.
Then open the scroll menu again and in this way you should find Light.

Press M to close the Pick Tool

Open the tube Deco3-Dids-VSP – Copy – Paste as new layer (at your work)
Effects – Image Effects – Offset / Horizontal minus 402 / Vertical 0 / Custom and Transparent checked
