Create a Radial gradient on the foreground

Open a new transparent image of 500 x 500 pixels

Image – Add borders – Symmetric 1 pixel color 4
Image – Resize – Change the width to 1000 pixels

Open the tube WA_JHanna_2020 – Copy – Paste as a new layer
Place top right
Adjust the color with the Color changer color 1
Layers – Merge – Merge all layers
Save as Jpeg
