The tutorial is made with PSP X2.
The translation was made with PSP 2018 ,  but can also be done with other versions.

Note : When working with your own colors , play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Materials palette / take 2 colors from your tube
Foreground color light / Background color dark 

Create in the foreground the gradient linear / Angle 0 Repeats 0

Open a new transparent image of 700 X 550 pixels
Fill in the gradient

Effects – Plugin Unlimited 2.0 – Simple – Diamond

Open the tube  SvB (486) Beauty – Copy – Paste as new layer (at your work)
Position

Layer palette – Blend Mode Soft Light
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Effects – Plugin FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss / Default

Paste again the tube SvB (486) Beauty as new layer (It is still in the memory)
Image – Resize – Resize with 90% – Resize all layers not checked
Position

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric Checked
2 pixels color of the tube
20 pixels in a different color of the tube

Activate te Magic Wand Tool / Tolerance and Feathers 0
Select the Border of 20 pixels

Color # 000000 / 3 / 3 / 60 / 5

Merge All
Save as Jpeg.
