The translation was made with PSP 2018 , but can also be done with other versions.

Note : When working with your own colors , play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Open the image picture3
File – Export – Costum brush – Enter the name in the window that appears and click OK

Open a New Transparent Image of 700 X 550 pixels
Fill in the color # 000000

Materials palette – Foreground color #e1e2da / Background color # 00a14b

Layers – New Raster Layer
Activate Paint brush Tool (B) – Select Brush picture3 (Or another of your choice)
Configure as below

Apply the brush with foreground color in the center of your work
Close the BrushTool

Activate the Pick Tool (K) – Mode Scale
Stretch left and right and top and bottom over the entire work

Layers – New Raster Layer
Activate the Rectangle Tool (G) – Configured as below / Line style Corel_13_001

Make a rectangle in the center of your work

Layers – Convert to Raster Layer

Activate the Magic Wand Tool – Tolerance and Feather 0
Select the center of the rectangle

Effects – Plugin Alien Skin – Eye Candy 5 – Nature – Rust

In Settings : Click Factory Default
In Basic configure it like this / Rust color # 000000

Selections – Select None

Materials palette – Invert the colors

Close the light color

Activate the Pen Tool / Configure as below / Linestyle Corel_13_006

Make an arrow from the top right hand side of the center figure

Layers – Convert to raster layer

Layers – Duplicate
Effects – Image effects – Offset / 50 / 0

Layers – Merge – Merge Down
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow
Color # 000000 / 1 / 1 / 100 / 1

Layers – Duplicate
Image – Mirror (Horizontal)
Image – Flip (Mirror Vertical)
is in the right place

Your work looks like this

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible
Layers – Duplicate

Effects – Plugin Xero – Testya

Layers – Properties – Opacity 44%

Open the tube Alies 312-vrouwen-15092010 – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize 70% – Resize all layers unchecked
Effects – Image effects – Offset / minus 115 / minus 30

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
10 pixels color # e1e2da

Sign your work
Merge All
Save as Jpeg.
