Materials Used:

Place the Texture tex-1 in your PSP Textures folder
Place the Selection EF_Miryam_Leiderman_1 in your PSP Selections folder
Open the other material in PSP / Duplicate with Shift+D / Close the originals / Minimize mask

The translation was made with PSP 2020 , but can also be done with other versions.

Fill the transparent image with color 1
