Open these materials in PSP / Duplicate with Shift + D / Close the originals

Plugins Used:
Mura’s Meister – Cloud
Nik Software – Color Efex Pro 3
User Defined Filter – Emboss 3

The translation was made with PSP 2018 , but can also be done with other versions.

Note : When working with your own colors , play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Materials palette – Foreground color # 014680 / Background color # ffffff

Open a new transparent image of 900 X 550 pixels
Effects – Plugin Mura’s Meister – Cloud

Note:Remember that this filter works with the colors in the Styles and Textures palette,
but keeps in memory the first used parameters of the opening of PSP.
So, if you already used the filter, to be sure to have your colors, click Reset.
The result is random and for that reason it would not be like mine.
To change the result, click on the preview window until you get the preferred result.

Effects – User Defined Filter – Emboss 3

Open the tube Deco-1-Landscape – Copy – Paste as new layer
Layers – Properties – Blend Mode Overlay

Open the tube Deco-2-Landscape – Copy – Paste as new layer
Activate the Magic Wand Tool / Tolerance and Feathers 0
Select the two white rectangles

Selections – Modify – Contract – Number of pixels 1
Press Delete on the keyboard

Hold Selection

Open the image PAPEL_DE_PAREDE_HD_PAISAGENS_NATUREZA (1) – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 80% – Resize all layers not checked

Place that part of the image in the selection that you want to use

Selections – Invert
Press Delete on the keyboard
Selections – Select None

Layers – Properties – Opacity 85
Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible
Effects – Plugin Nik Software – Color Efex Pro 3 / Pro Contrast

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
5 pixels color # 5c8ad2
35 pixels color # ffffff

Activate the Magic Wand Tool / Tolerance and Feathers 0
Select the 35-pixel border
Effects – Plugin Mura’s Meister – Cloud / as before
Selections – Select None

Open the tube 2663 – asian woman – LB TUBES – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 95% – Resize all layers unchercked
Position to the left
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow – To your own choice

Sign your work
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
1 pixel color # 5c8ad2
1 pixel color # ffffff
1 pixel color # 5c8ad2
Save as Jpeg.
