Materials palette / Foreground color # 000000 / Background color # ffffff

Open a new white image of 700 X 700 pixels

Open the tube Gerberas01_dédé(@) – Copy – Paste as new layer ( at your work)
Layers – Properties – Opacity 30

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Activate the Shape Tool / Rectangle

Draw a rectangle in the center of the tag

Layers – Convert to raster layer

Open again the tube Gerberas01_dédé(@) – Copy – Paste as new layer ( at your work)
Image – Resize – Resize 70% – Resize all layers unchecked
Objects – Aligne – Bottom

Effects – Plugin FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss / Default
Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow
Color # 000000 / 0 / 0 / 45 / 30

Layers – Duplicate ( 2 times)

Layer palette – Click the layer Raster 1
Image – Free Rotate / Left 10°

Layers – Properties – Opacity 60

Layer palette – Click the layer Copy of Raster 1
Image – Free Rotate / Left 15 °

Layers – Properties / Opacity 60
Layers – Merge – Merge All (Flatten)

Open  again the tube Gerberas01_dédé(@) – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize 80% – Resize all layers unchecked
Position

Layers – Duplicate
Layer palette – Click the Middle layer
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur – Radius 30

Effects – Texture Effects – Mosaic Antique / Default

Layers – Merge – Merge All (Flatten)

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric Checked / 5 pixels color black

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric Checked / 30 pixels white color

Save as Jpeg.
