Open these materials in PSP / Duplicate with Shift + D / Close the originals

Open a new transparent image of 900 X 550 pixels
Selections – Select All

Open the Image thimble-2884861_960_720 – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None

Effects – Image effects – Seamless Tiling / Default

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur / Radius 50

Open the tube Deco-1-Foxglove – Copy – Paste as new layer

Layers – New raster layer
Layers – Arrange – Move Down

Selections – Load/Save Selection – Load selection from Disk
Load EF-Foxglove

Activate again the Image thimble-2884861_960_720 – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Materials palette Foregroundcolor # ffffff / Background color # fcb0fb

Layer palette – Click on the Top layer
Activate Selection Tool Rectangle / Custom Selection

Layers – New raster layer
Fill in the color # ffffff

Effects – Plugin Alien Skin – Eye Candy 5 – Textures – Weave
Settings: Solid Satin / Basic Horizontal Ribbon Color # fcb0fb / Vertical Ribbon color # ffffff

Effects – Plugin AAA Frames – Foto Frame

Position to the right
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow of your choice

Open the tube Texto-2-Foxglove – Copy – Paste as new layer

Sign your work
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
