Open a New Image 600 X 600 pixels

Open the tube libellulegraphisme_fillette_paques – remove the watermark – Copy – Pate as new layer
Layers – Duplicate

Layer palette – Click the middle layer (Raster 2)
Effects – Texture Effects – Mosaic Antique

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Layer palette – Click the top layer
Image – Resize – Resize 80% – Resize all layers unchecked

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow

Layers – New Raster Layer
Layers – Arrange – Send to Bottom
Layer palette – Close all the layers above this layer

Layer palette – Activate the bottom layer
Activate the Selection Tool (S) Rectangle
