Create a Linear gradient in the Foreground

Open a new transparent image of 800 X 550 pixels
Fill in the gradient

Adjust – Add/Remove Noise – Add Noise

Layers – Duplicate

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Open the tube deco-1 – Copy – Paste as new layer
Layers – Properties – Blend Mode Overlay – Opacity 65

Open the tube On the Boulevard_LR-10-20-09 – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 90% – Resize all layers unchecked

Objects – Align – Bottom
Layers – Properties – Opacity 65

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric Checked
30 pixels color # f9ffff

Open the tube 2331 – man – LB TUBES – Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 90% – Resize all layers unchecked
Position in the middle at the bottom

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
30 pixels color # ffffff

Effects – Plugin AAA Frames – Texture Frame

Layers – Duplicate
Selections – Select All

Selections – Modify – Contract – Number of pixels 30
Effects – Image effects – Page Curl
