Open a new transparant image of 700 X 550 pixels
Selections – Select All

Open the BG image raimbow_bg – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling – Default
Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur

Adjust – Add Remove Noise – Add Noise / 10 / Uniform / Monochrome

Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Select All

Open the BG image raimbow_bg again – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None

Image – Resize / 80% – Resize All Layers Unchecked

Layers – Properties – Blend Mode Screen / Opacity 85

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling

Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Load/Save Selections – Load selection from disk sel-rainbow-ef

Fill in the color # ffffff
Selections – Select None

Effects – Plugin – Alf’s Power Grads – Donut Grads
Note: Play with the values Red , Green , Blue until you find a color that matches

Effects – Plugin Toadies – What Are You? / 20/20 (2 times)

Effects – Edge Effects – Enchance More
Effects – Plugin Xero – Frittillari

Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Select All
Open the tube elementodeco-rainbow-ef – Copy – Paste into selection
Selections – Select None

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow

Open the tube aclis_eyes_01_03_08_2011 – Copy – Paste as New Layer
Image – Resize / 50% / Resize All Layers Unchecked

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Image – Add Borders Symmetrical Checked
35 pixels color # ffffff
1 pixel color of your tag
10 pixels color # ffffff
1 pixel color of your tag

Sign your work
Merge All
Save as Jpeg File and you’re don.
